We undertake shipping through different cargo companies. Though we control and select the cargo company, for every consignment, the choice of shipping company might differ. We share address and contact details data along with the material details with the cargo company, so as to enable them to transport the consignment to the customer’s address for delivery and deliver the products safely on-time.

We process payment through CashFree payment gateway provider. They collect address details from customers along with IP addresses and other such details for safety and security. They also collect payment method details for processing payment.

As we raise GST invoices through invoicing third party portal, customer’s address, contact details, product bought details will be uploaded in such systems to generate and store invoices.

We submit GST returns with Union Government of India.  Location and product details will be shared with GST portal for tax calculation.

How long we retain your data
